Black Bird By The Beatles

There are two famous ‘Black Birds’ in the planet, one is X-Men’s jet plane, and the other one is a ballad song from the world-renowned Beatles. I think I already discussed something about the Black Bird jet, so now; we’ll try to review the song instead.

Black Bird came from the White Album written and performed by the music living legend Paul McCartney. It’s a mellow ballad, acoustic to be exact, with sound effects of chirping birds. The song can be distinguished as a feel-good-music, a food for the soul and a great inspirational piece that can heal a wounded heart. I love listening to Beatles’ songs especially when your life seems to be in the darkest hours.

Anyway, here are the complete lyrics of the song. You can sing along if you want. Enjoy.

Black Bird

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life You were only waiting for this moment to arise.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these sunken eyes and learn to see
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to be free.

Blackbird fly blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird fly blackbird fly
Into the light of the dark black night.

Blackbird singing in the dead of night
Take these broken wings and learn to fly
All your life
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise
You were only waiting for this moment to arise.
